  • 1956

    The Altai motor plant was founded in Barnaul (including Fuel- Injection Equipment Workshop CTA-2)

  • 1991

    An individual company Altai Precision Components Plant was founded on the basis of the workshop CTA-2.

  • 1994

    Initiated regular shipments of small nozzles to «AMBAC International» (the USA).

  • 1996

    Formation of Machine Building Shop and Design Department.

  • 1998

    Initialization of serial shipments of injectors to Minsk Motor Plant belt-line production.

  • 2002

    Introduction and certification of Integrated Quality Management System in accordance with requirements of ISO 9001 standard.

  • 2004

    Plant moves into a new factory building without incurring any interruptions in main production.

  • 2005

    Initiated development of mechatronic fuel systems.

  • 2007

    Initiated the first shipments of injectors to OJSC Zvezda (St. Petersburg) and to LLC Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant.

  • 2010

    Minsk Motor Plant engine with AZPI fuel injection system was successfully tested and considered to meet international environmental standard Euro-4.

  • 2011

    Initiated regular sales of AZPI nozzles through BOSCH’s own international sales network.

  • 2013

    Initiated serial shipments of Common Rail injectors for Euro-4, Euro-5 diesel engines to OEM assembling line OJSC AUTODIESEL (Yaroslavl).

  • 2015

    The certification of quality management system of AZPI in accordance with the international automobile standard ISO/TS 16949:2009; KAMAZ engine with AZPI fuel injection system was successfully tested and considered to meet international environmental standard Euro-5.

  • 2016

    AZPI employees received commendation from Vladimir Putin, President of the RF, for the results achieved and excellent performance of their professional duties. AZPI is recognized by R.BOSCH GmbH as a preferred supplier in group “Automobile spare parts. Spare parts for Diesel Engines”. AZPI manufactured prototypes of complete fuel injection system for 4 modifications of CHTZ– Uraltrak diesel engines.

  • 2017

    In the implementation of import substitution program AZPI is launching an unprecedented project to develop serial production of complete Common Rail System for diesel engines which will meet EURO-4, EURO-5 and up. To implement the project the Industry Development Fund of Russian Federation gives AZPI access to public soft loans. The total investment in this project will be 600 million RUB. Own resources and third-party funds will amount 300 million RUB, public soft loan will amount 300 million RUB. Implementation of this project will allow to reduce the percent of import in local market up to 50% (At present, the percentage of import is 98%) and to provide the leading Russian manufacturers of diesel engines (PJSC KAMAZ and PJSC AUTODIESEL) with modern quality fuel equipment that meets international requirements and standards.

  • 2018

    The first stage of serial production of fuel supply system for PAO KAMAZ -Altay Common Rail System has been launched in July 2018.
